The Power Lead System claims to be the most powerful all-in-one marketing platform & it comes with an attached business opportunity through which you can promote the system to earn extra cash online.

So what’s the deal?

Is it actually legit or is the Power Lead System a scam that’ll just end up costing you money rather than helping you make it?

Thankfully you’ve landed in exactly the right place to find out because I’ve taken a closer look into the system to see how it all works & in this review I’ll be uncovering everything you need to know, including whether or not you can really make money with it.

What Is The Power Lead System?

The Power Lead System claims to be the most complete & powerful all-in-one marketing tool, but the way that it seems to be more commonly pitched is as a program that can help you generate easy wealth online…

To date I’ve had several affiliates try & get me to sign up to it & not one of them has mentioned anything about the marketing stuff. All I’ve had is “join this it’s a super-easy way to make money” type emails about it…

Which is why I decided to take a look into it today.

I wanted to see what it’s all about, how it all works & whether or not it really does provide a super-easy way to make lot’s of money like it seems most of the affiliates promoting it want you to believe.

How Does The Power Lead System Work?

The Power Lead System basically makes out as if it’s some sort of “business in a box”. You’re led to believe that you can simply sign up & get access to everything you need to achieve massive success online.

But in reality, that’s not quite the case…

You see the Power Lead System is actually just another one of those programs where you sign up to learn how to make money but eventually find out that the way you make money is actually by getting other people to sign up… Just like you did.

It’s actually pretty similar to a program named Easy 1 Up which I recently reviewed & it’s safe to say that I’m not a big fan of this type of business model because in my opinion it closely resembles a pyramid scheme.

I mean sure these companies do technically have products so they cover their butts on the pyramid scheme front that way – but come on, the way the affiliates are promoting this thing it’s easy to see what’s going on…

Not one mention of the products in promotions (at least not the ones I’ve received anyway), all the focus seems to lie solely on how much money you can make & that’s not good… If people are only buying into it purely to make money then it’ll probably end up getting shut down by the FTC just like Digital Altitude recently did (for exactly the same thing).

So personally I tend to avoid these sort of things…

But anyway if you’re interested in it then you’re probably wondering what are the Power Lead System products? So taken directly from the Power Lead System here’s the answer to that very question:

The Power Lead System provides entrepreneurs with all the tools necessary to grow their business and make more sales, as they promote the business of their choice.

Basically they just provide you with the ability to create landing pages, sales pages & email marketing auto-responder campaigns. Nothing overly spectacular in my opinion since the builders as far as I’m concerned are pretty restrictive.

I mean sure you can change text, colours & things like that but overall you don’t have much flexibility in terms of design. So even though they claim to provide the most “powerful” marketing platform, I’d say I’ve seen better – like LeadPages for example.

You should also know that the whole thing is primarily geared towards promoting the Power Lead System itself – so as a member you can expect to be pushed into promoting that, even if you don’t want to.

The reason for that is because the whole thing operates on a network marketing compensation plan so if you promote it then the person who referred you will begin earning commissions from your efforts.

Therefore you can expect them to twist your arm to promote it.

Which brings me onto…

Can You Make Money With The Power Lead System?

The answer to that question is yes, you can actually make money with the Power Lead System but there are a couple of important things you should know before you think about getting started with it.

The first thing you should know is that it won’t be anywhere near as easy as the affiliates promoting it make it out to be. They just make it seem easy because they’re getting paid for getting people like you to sign up.

If you do actually sign up (which I don’t really recommend) then you’ll be left to find out the hard way that it takes quite a lot of work to actually start making money with it since it’s all geared around recruiting.

That basically means you’ll be responsible for promoting the system online & getting others to buy into it just like you did – that’s how you’ll make money. If you can’t do that (or don’t know how) then you’ll struggle to get going.

The second thing you should know is that you actually have to pay to promote it. To access the marketing tools it’ll cost you $30 per month & to be able to earn commissions by reselling it you’ll have to pay an additional $24 per month… That’s $54 per month in total & whilst yes you do get a handful of marketing tools, in my opinion, you don’t get great value for money.

The big other problem with that is the fact you actually have to pay to promote it… That’s a huge red flag. I mean come on, you’re essentially paying them to sell their product and make them money… It should be free!

The creators will just be laughing all the way to the bank.

I personally would never join an affiliate program that charged a fee because there are thousands of others out there that you can join for free – and most systems that require a fee are generally just flat-out scams.

The Power Lead Pro Compensation Plan

You’d think that since they’re charging a fee to become an affiliate they must have a really awesome compensation plan in place that will help you earn lot’s of money, but nope – in my opinion, the comp plan kinda sucks.

I mean you don’t even get to earn money on every sale you make (like a normal, legitimate affiliate program)… Instead you only get to earn $20 commissions on every other sale you generate.

Bankrupt ManSo if you’re paying $54 per month for the system this means you’d have to make 5 sales every month just to cover your costs. If you don’t make 5 sales then you won’t even be breaking even… You’ll be going into the red.

But of course, with it being MLM they keep talking about how you can generate loads of cash by getting the people you recruit to recruit people as well since you can earn from their efforts… And this is all fair and well, and you could potentially make good money if they all did also start recruiting like you… However, you should know that in network marketing companies hardly anyone you recruit ever goes on to successfully recruit people themselves (because recruiting is pretty darn hard).

Most people that join these types of schemes actually just quit shortly after they see how it really works. They expect to just make money & when they realize it’s all focused around recruiting (like a pyramid scheme) they just cancel because it’s generally not something people want to be involved in.

So yeah – sounds good on paper, but the reality won’t be quite so great.

Is The Power Lead System a Scam?

Well it’s certainly not a scam, but in my opinion it’s not all that great either. Whilst it’s presented as an easy way to make money the reality is that you’ll probably end up spending more money than you actually manage to make.

And as far as I’m concerned the marketing tools won’t really help you very much either unless you’re specifically promoting the Power Lead System itself because they don’t give you much control over what you can change or do with them.

Then when you couple all that with the fact that you actually have to pay for the sheer privilege of promoting the system it just doesn’t look good at all… So I won’t be recommending it to you.

Instead if you really want to learn how to make money online (the right way) without having to pay crazy affiliate fees then I suggest you check out Commission Academy because it’s there that you’ll get the proper step-by-step training you need to get started.

Overall though as I say I’m not going to be recommending the Power Lead System because ultimately I think if you join you’ll just end up finding yourself disappointed with what you actually get access to.

Anyway hopefully this review has given you a good insight into how it all works & enabled you to make a decision on whether or not to join the Power Lead System without spending any cash. If you do happen to have any further questions or comments don’t hesitate to leave them below as well & I’ll respond as quickly as I can.

A Better Alternative

The sad truth is that unfortunately most of the programs promising to help you make money online are scams. I can say that confidently after exposing over 500+ of them here on this blog.

But the good news is that even though most of them are indeed scams, there are actually some very good programs in amongst them - some programs that can truly help you to earn money.

And out of all of the legit programs I've seen, the one I would recommend the most to anybody looking to get started online is Commission Academy. In my own opinion, that's the best place to start.

At Commission Academy, you'll be provided with everything you need (including the training & tools) to begin earning real money by promoting products or services for companies like Amazon online.

The best part is that there's literally no limit on the amount you can earn with it & the process is pretty simple which means that it's absolutely perfect for people that don't have much experience.

Some wealthy affiliates even earn as much as 5-figures per month... Or more!

Amazon Earnings Example

I mean don't get me wrong, that kind of money won't just fall into your lap without doing any work... But the harder you're willing to work at it, the more you stand to earn with it.

So if you're looking to get started but don't know which route you should go down or which program you should join (and don't want to waste money on bogus things that don't actually work), then I'd highly recommend checking out Commission Academy first. You can learn more about it here.

  1. Hi Dale,
Thanks for the review, but I am very confused. Every time I read reviews on Power Leads System (Free Leads System) the monthly fees are extremely different from what is in their current system. Free Leads System is of course free, or they charge one time fee of $7 to move up to “Power Leads System”. They also appear to have different companies under different names that are similar, and when tech support sends an email out it comes from yet another name “Priceless Possibilities”, so it almost seems confusion is a way of operating to them.
Any input on this would be nice!
    Thank you,
    Richard

    • Hi Richard, unfortunately as you say these types of companies do tend to operate on confusion & more often than not they also regularly mess around changing their prices, names & even entire structure. In my opinion though whilst there is “some” small value in The Power Lead System or Free Leads System whatever it is now called, I believe ultimately it is all just a pyramid-style recruitment gimmick & is best avoided entirely. I wouldn’t get caught up on trying to figure it out, I would just pursue something else instead.

    • Lead lightning and free leads system are sales funnels designed to promote power leads system. For example when you signup for lead lightning there is an option to upgrade to the power leads system.

Also the compensation plan has recently changed so you now keep $20 commission for every single sale you make.

I think Dale is being to harsh and I disagree with him. Network marketing is a good idea and power leads system has a good product and compensation plan.

      • The FTC put out a report on MLM companies which stated that less than 1% of participants across all MLMs made a profit – the majority just ended up spending money instead. Regardless as to how “fancy” they make their compensation plans I’ll always advise people steer clear of them as IMO they’re simply far too risky.

        • As if affiliate marketing or internet marketing has a higher success rate! Always with the hypocritical analogies. You’re SO fake “Dale” the swindler.

          Reply
          • Well, I’m certainly not “fake” – and given that I provide all of my training material free of charge, I’m certainly not a “swindler” either. Clearly, given that you’ve chosen to hide your name, you’re just an internet troll.

  2. Please can I get refunded after submitting my banks statement to the power leads system.
recently they just remove all the funds in my banks account, which hurts me a lot. Actually I can’t survive without those moneys.

    • Wow, you’re saying that you didn’t even authorise a payment? You literally just sent a statement to them & they stole money from your account against your permission? That is outright fraud & should be reported to the authorities (and your bank) if it’s the case.
